By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Quotes and Contracts

  • Quotes provided through our website or by our team are free of charge and are estimates based on the information you supply, including your address and electricity usage.
  • A quote is not a binding contract. All quotes are subject to a site inspection and technical assessment, and may be revised if site conditions (such as roof type, switchboard condition or network requirements) differ from the information originally provided.
  • Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • A binding contract is formed only when you sign a written agreement with us. The terms of that signed agreement prevail over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

  • Solar panels, inverters and batteries are covered by the applicable manufacturer's product and performance warranties, details of which are set out in your agreement and the manufacturer's documentation.
  • We provide a workmanship warranty on our installation services as specified in your signed agreement. These warranties are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment amounts, methods and schedules (including deposits, progress payments and final payments) are set out in your signed agreement and depend on the plan you choose, such as an upfront purchase, a zero-upfront arrangement or a rent-to-own plan.
